All cats must be healthy and vaccinated against feline enteritis and influenza and any medical conditions must be declared. Special diets can be catered for if notice given in advance. Any medication required during boarding to be provided. Owing to the risk of cross infection, we are unable to board cats with any infectious condition or flea infestation. We suggest the use of a proprietary flea/worm treatment well in advance of boarding. (Please do not treat your cat on the day of admission, at least 7 days before is preferable.)

The booster vaccinations are renewable annually, kindly produce your up to date certificates on arrival.

(We strongly recommend that your cat is also vaccinated against feline leukaemia but this is not compulsory)

In the event of your cat falling ill, or if we suspect it is not well during the boarding period, we reserve the right to consult our veterinary surgeon at the owner’s expense. All medical bills must be settled prior to collection or direct to the vet depending on their requirements. Our insurance provides cover but with conditions and limits.

We reserve the right to refuse boarding if these conditions are not met to our satisfaction.

In the event of a cat not being collected within 2 weeks of the notified date of departure, and in the absence of any communication from the owner or representatives, we reserve the right to re-home the cat as we deem fit.
